Britney's high-tailed it out of here with her pap boytoy Adnan Gahlib this afternoon, as they were seen boarding a plane at Van Nuys airport to an unknown destination, according to perezhilton.com.  The songstress has been spotted all around Cali with this paparazzi fiend, who took her to breakfast and bonded with her after her release from Cedars Sinai.  Perhaps this post-psych ward photog will lead to her a bi-polar intervention...
